Erin's Baby Shower

This past weekend we took a quick trip back up to Michigan for Erin's baby shower. Erin and I are finally pregnant together but hundreds of miles away!! We miss them more and more each time we go back to see them. We can't wait to meet little Brett in June!! Erin, only a few more weeks to go!!

Baby Needs

Many people have been asking what I need for the baby so I put together a little registry at Target. That way you all could see what we need for our little boy other than blue clothes!! I don't need to get the exact items I registered for other than the crib set and stroller. You can feel free to get any burp cloths, bibs, etc. I just ask that you let me know so I can remove what you buy so that I don't get 50 burp clothes and 1 pair of socks. Thanks everybody!!!

Recent Happenings

I got a little behind with posting pictures of some recent activities. The weather is warm and we all have the itch to get outside and do all the things we love!!

April 18th was Thunder Over Louisville. This kicks off the Derby festivities. The fireworks are the most amazing I have ever seen. This has become a yearly activity for us now for the past 3 years. This year the weather was 80's and sunny. We spent the day watching planes, eating and eating some more.

As soon as the weather got warm all we have been thinking about is camping. This past weekend I saw temps in the mid 80's and sunny and could not just sit home. So camping we went. It was HOT. The 1st picture is of the girls soaking our feet in a tub of COLD water.

We got home from camping and gave Sienna a bath with the hose. It was so hot that day so Madi wanted to go swimming. Getting sprayed with the hose was what she settled for and had so much fun. Then time for a little snack and sunbathing.
